We want you to feel confident shopping with us! Here's everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and replacements.
🚨 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.
Just email us at cleanfair01@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video showing the issue
We’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement — and in most cases, you won’t need to return the item.
📦 Missing or Incorrect Items
Received the wrong item? Something missing from your package?
We’ll fix it! Contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your Order number
- A clear photo of what you received
Once approved, we’ll send the correct item or refund you.
📬 "Delivered" but Not Received
If your tracking says your order was delivered but you didn’t receive it:
- Please contact your local post office to request a non-delivery certificate
- Once you provide that document, we can issue a refund or replacement
If your package has been in transit for over 60 days and there’s no tracking update, we’ll resend or refund your order.
❌ Cancellations
You may cancel your order only if it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. Please contact us ASAP if you need to cancel.
🔁 We Do Not Accept Returns
Because we ship directly from our global fulfillment partners, we do not accept physical returns.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Buyer's remorse
- Incorrect addresses
- Size or color preferences (unless item is incorrect or damaged)
